We’d never put our dogs in kennels before. One is a 12-year-old anxious dog. The other is a seven-year-old lively happy Dog. My husband visited the kennels on his own to check it out beforewe agreed to have a one day and night trial. When we picked the dogs up, they were happy and pleased to see us so we agreed a three day and night booking while we went away for a short break. We picked the dogs up this morning. They were happy and pleased to see us again and have been very chilled since they got home. Michelle is lovely, very down to earth and gets on with a job. I haven’t met a husband but my husband did on his first visit and said he was a great bloke. We will definitely use this kennels again and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

Kenny & Michelle are just amazing, When people say about going the extra mile boy you guys do that and more.
Our 13 month old Husky x malamutex GSD Winnie had never been away from us for a long period of time until we needed to decant from our home.
Upon calling Rowan house and speaking with Kenny he was so compassionate to our situation and was more than happy to take her, when we arrived to drop Winnie off Kenny made her feel so welcome meeting her at her level, it was clearly evident that his love for dogs is extreme.
Michelle equally so exceptional! I felt like I’d known her for years as we had multiple telephone calls with her extending Winnie’s stay on three different occasions, where upon nothing was too much trouble for either of them!
You guys make such an AMAZING team!
